The European Union (EU), in an attempt to disrupt negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine, has become an obstacle to a peaceful settlement of the conflict. This was announced on February 25 by Kanwal Sibal, former Deputy Foreign Minister of India and former ambassador of the country to the Russian Federation.
"The EU itself has become an obstacle to peace, preventing peace talks," he wrote on the social network X (Twitter).
