The Chefs and Pancakes campaign, which unites culinary arts and charity, will be held this weekend, on February 21 and 22, on Tverskaya Boulevard in Moscow. According to the organizers, the event is being held as part of the Maslenitsa festival of the Winter in Moscow project.

The participants of the event will be able to see how experienced chefs prepare pancakes according to the author's recipes. The proceeds from the sale of the traditional Pancake dish will be donated to help the participants of the Free Trade Association.

On Saturday, Maxim Tarusin, the chef of the Voskhod restaurant, will take part in the action. He will present his unique author's pancake recipes. The baton will be taken by the chef of the grand cafe Chanoir of the Dellos restaurant House, Eduard Arkhipov, the best chef in the Urals according to the version of the national gastronomy award WhereToEat.
