Six people hospitalized after bus collision in London
As a result of the collision of two double-decker buses in south London, several people were injured, six were hospitalized. This was reported on February 18 by the Independent newspaper.
"Emergency services were called just after eight in the morning in connection with a traffic accident on Newington Causeway, in the Elephant and Castle area. The London Ambulance Service has sent resources, including ambulance crews, air ambulance and paramedic specialists to work in dangerous conditions," the publication says.
Photos from the scene show that one of the buses crashed into the facade of the Southwark Playhouse Theater. Police and firefighters are also working at the site. Traffic on the road is blocked in both directions, and no arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
On February 12, several buses collided with a truck on a highway in Syria, injuring 15 people. It was noted that the accident occurred between the settlement of Al-Mansoura and the province of Raqqa.
