Part of the building of the military commandant's office in the Vsevolozhsky district of Leningrad was damaged due to the collapse of the roof. The February 17 footage is published by Izvestia.

On the same day, the Governor of the Leningrad Region, Alexander Drozdenko, announced that the debris removal and rescue of the injured had begun at the scene.
