The prosecutor's office asked the court to confiscate the apartment of one of the defendants in the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow. A participant in the trial told Izvestia about this on February 16.

We are talking about the real estate of Alisher Kasimov (recognized in the Russian Federation as a terrorist and extremist), which was filmed by the perpetrators of the terrorist attack. Earlier, the state prosecution asked to be sentenced to 22 years and 10 months in prison, the first seven years of which he can spend in prison, and the rest of the term in a high—security colony.

The prosecutor requested life sentences for the four perpetrators of the terrorist attack. Dalerjon Mirzoev, Shamsidin Fariduni and Mukhammadsobir Fayzov (recognized as terrorists and extremists in Russia) have fully admitted their guilt in the crimes.

The fourth perpetrator of the terrorist attack, Rachabalizoda Murodali (recognized in the Russian Federation as a terrorist and extremist), partially admitted his guilt. A similar measure and fines from 1.2 million rubles to 2.7 million rubles were requested for 11 more defendants. The three defendants were ordered to be sentenced to 19 years and 11 months in prison. The prosecutor's office also asked that the defendants be stripped of their acquired Russian citizenship.

The terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall took place on March 22, 2024. Terrorists in camouflage broke into the building, who started shooting and set fire to the concert hall. As a result of the attack, 149 people were killed, over 600 were injured and injured in various degrees of severity, and one person was missing. On December 10, 2025, the Second Western District Military Court announced that the prosecution had completed the presentation of its evidence in the criminal case related to the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert Hall.
