Boris Kabakov, the former director of the Shipbuilding Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, who held this post from 2017 to 2024, was detained. This was announced on Thursday evening, February 12, by representatives of the press service of the department.

"Currently, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade is in close cooperation with the investigative authorities and is providing assistance," they told TASS.
