The salary in February 2026 will remain unchanged, despite a decrease in the number of working days. The lawyer for labor law of the service told about it on February 12. hh.ru Alexander Kuznetsov.

"In February 2026, 19 working days have been set, but with the salary system, this will not affect the salary amount. A fixed salary is paid regardless of the number of working days per month, and its duration does not affect the employee's final income," Kuznetsov explained in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to the lawyer, if the employee fulfills the standard working hours, the salary will be paid in full.
