Kallas: The EU proposes to put forward a list of demands to the Russian Federation on Ukraine

The European Union (EU) should have a list of requirements for Russia to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. This was announced on February 10 by the head of EU diplomacy, Kaya Kallas.
"Everyone who sits at the negotiating table, including Russians and Americans, needs to understand that a decision requires the consent of the Europeans. And we also have conditions for this. And we should put forward these conditions not to Ukrainians, <...>, but to Russians," the Reuters news agency quoted Kallas as saying.
