The Khimki court of the Moscow region found Vladimir Vityukov, who threw a child on the floor at the Sheremetyevo airport in the capital, guilty of attempted murder of a minor for hooligan motives, and ordered compulsory medical treatment for the defendant. This was reported on February 5 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

During the debate between the parties, the prosecutor's office asked for a punishment in the form of compulsory medical treatment for Vityukov.

The day before, the Khimki court extended Vityukov's arrest. According to the lawyer, the defendant was declared insane by the results of the examination. During the flight, he also "behaved inappropriately: he got up from his seat, went into business class, poured water on his head, took off his glasses, and took out cigarettes."

The incident with the child who was injured in Sheremetyevo occurred on June 23 last year in the arrivals area of the airport. It was reported that Vityukov, in a state of drug intoxication, grabbed a two-year-old child and, lifting him to the height of his height, threw him violently to the floor. Then law enforcement officers opened a criminal case on attempted murder. Later, on June 26, the man was arrested for two months. It was clarified that he has two daughters, he was registered with a psychologist and had no previous criminal record.
