The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has declared undesirable the activities of a foreign organization Bundesverband Russischsprachiger Eltern e.V. from Germany on the territory of the Russian Federation. This was reported on February 4 on the agency's website.

"The activity [of the organization] focuses on the schism in the Russian-speaking Diaspora in Germany, increasing pressure on the part, which supports Russia", — stated in the message.

The Prosecutor General's Office noted that the organization is funded by the German government and opposes the special military operation in Ukraine.

It adds that the organization also implements projects to discredit the Russian leadership, interacts with undesirable structures in the Russian Federation, and provides information support to the LGBT community (the movement is recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation, and its activities are prohibited).

On January 23, the Prosecutor General's Office declared the activities of the WhiteBit cryptocurrency exchange, which finances the Armed forces of Ukraine (AFU), undesirable in Russia. According to the agency, the crypto exchange transferred about $11 million to Kiev in 2022.
