The next stage of negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict has started in Abu Dhabi. This was announced on February 4 by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine Rustem Umerov.

"The negotiation process has started in a trilateral format — Ukraine, the United States and Russia," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
