The Ministry of Economic Development has prepared a draft law on the establishment of limitation periods for cases of privatization. This was announced on February 3 by Pavel Krasheninnikov, Chairman of the Council and head of the State Duma Committee on State Construction.

It is specified that the bill amends the Civil Code and provides that a claim for cancellation of a privatization transaction can be filed within 10 years from the date of its completion.
