An earthquake of magnitude 4.8 occurred in the Sea of Azov off the coast of the Crimean Peninsula. This was announced on February 2 on the website of the Eurasian Seismic Center.

It is specified that the source was recorded at a depth of 10 km. The tremors could be felt at a distance of 78 km from Kerch and 35 km from Shchelkin.
