The third victim of a stun grenade explosion at the Interior Ministry training center in Syktyvkar has died. This was reported on February 1 in the Ministry of Health of the Komi Republic.
"A patient who was being treated in Nizhny Novgorod after an incident at the Interior Ministry training center died today," the publication says.
The man was taken to the Volga Region Medical Research University by helicopter. Despite the efforts of doctors, his injuries turned out to be incompatible with life.
