In Orel, an explosive object was successfully neutralized and taken to a safe area. This was announced on January 31 by the governor of the region Andrey Klychkov.

"Friends, I hasten to inform you that all measures to eliminate an explosive object in the city of Orel have been completed. The warhead was successfully neutralized and taken to a safe area far from residential buildings," Klychkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

The head of the region also said that evacuated citizens can return to their homes, and restrictions on traffic have been lifted.
