On January 31, Russian Washington forward Alexander Ovechkin backed up Slovenian Lakers forward Luka Doncic in one of the episodes of the NBA regular season match.

As noted by Sport-Express, in one of the episodes Doncic could have lost his balance, but 40-year-old Ovechkin put his hands in time and helped him.

In this game, Doncic became the most productive player of the match, scoring 37 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists.
