The Honored Artist of Uzbekistan, director Karim Yuldashev, has died at the age of 86. This was announced on January 29 in the Telegram channel of the Namangan city administration, where the director was born.
"Honored Artist of Uzbekistan, Professor Karim Yuldashev has died at the age of 86," the publication says.
Yuldashev began his career in 1960, working as an actor and director of the Namangan Regional Musical and Drama Theater. He made a significant contribution to the development of Uzbek national art and was awarded the honorary title of "Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
In 1968-1969, Yuldashev worked as a director at the Moscow Lenin Komsomol Theater, and then returned to Uzbekistan, where he continued his work in Namangan, heading the local musical and drama theater. Later, he devoted his life to teaching, teaching acting and variety art to students at Namangan College of Culture.
