More than 25 thousand subscribers were left without electricity in three municipal districts of the Zaporizhia region. This was announced on January 28 by the governor of the region Evgeny Balitsky.
He said that 25,230 consumers in the Mikhailovsky, Vasilyevsky and Veselovsky municipal districts of the region were left without electricity.
"The reasons for the shutdown are being clarified, emergency crews are already working to restore power supply," Balitsky wrote on the Telegram channel.
On the eve of the Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Rodion Miroshnik, said that due to strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on energy facilities, almost 1.3 million residents of the Russian regions faced power outages. He pointed out that the Ukrainian formations sought to make the living conditions for the civilian population unbearable.
Balitsky reported on January 23 that residents of the Mikhailovsky municipal District were left without electricity after an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Repair crews were actively working to restore the power supply.
