The loud explosions that were heard in some areas of Voronezh are associated with the destruction of unexploded fragments of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). This was announced on January 27 by the press service of the Government of the Voronezh Region.

"The loud sounds that Voronezh residents could hear were related to the destruction of unexploded UAV fragments in one of the city's neighborhoods," the press service said, quoted by RIA Novosti.

It was noted that no injuries or damage were recorded as a result of the incident.
