Investigators are conducting an investigation into the substitution of infants in one of the maternity hospitals in Primorsky Krai in 1989. This was announced on January 26 by the press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.

"A pre—investigation check was organized in 1989 on the fact of publications in the media about the possible substitution of infants," the department's Telegram channel says.
