In Penza, the fire localization group at the oil depot was increased to 150 people. This was announced on January 23 by Oleg Melnichenko, Governor of the Penza Region.
"150 employees of fire and rescue units <...> continue to work on the localization of the fire caused by yesterday's fall of debris from an enemy drone on the territory of an oil depot," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
The day before, it was reported that the air defense forces repelled an attack by four unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Penza region. After this attack, a fire started at the oil depot.
