A girl involved in the abduction of a teenager was detained in Krasnoyarsk.

A girl who became a participant in a fraudulent scheme involving the theft of 3 million rubles and the abduction of a teenager in Krasnoyarsk was detained on suspicion of fraud. This was announced on January 24 by the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation.

"The investigative authorities of the State Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia have opened a criminal case against an 18-year-old resident of Surgut as part of the investigation into the abduction of a teenager. She is suspected of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Fraud committed by a group of persons by prior agreement on an especially large scale")," the department's Telegram channel says.
