UK to find out the causes of the collapse of the roof of the shopping center in Novosibirsk

The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia will determine the causes of the collapse of the roof structures of a shopping center in Novosibirsk. This was announced on January 21 by Oleg Shemelov, head of the Criminalistics Department of the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.

"The parts of the structure from which the building is made will be withdrawn, all the documentation — how this building was put into operation, how it was checked. <...> During the investigation, we will establish <...> why the structure could not withstand [the snow]," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
