The lawyer informed about the replacement of Lurie locks in the doors of the former apartment by Dolina

The current owner of the apartment of singer Larisa Dolina, Polina Lurie, has already managed to change the locks on the doors. Lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko told about this on January 21.

"Polina has safely moved into the apartment and has already changed the locks on the doors," the lawyer told the publication. aif.ru .

Sviridenko added that she does not expect further attempts from Dolina to prevent Lurie from using real estate. At the same time, she stressed that in the case of such actions, Lurie would collect legal costs.

On the same day, the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) closed enforcement proceedings against Dolina.

Lurie received the keys to the apartment in Khamovniki on January 19. Sviridenko's lawyer clarified that the process of transferring the living space has now been completed. Prior to that, it was reported that bailiffs arrived at the house in Khamovniki, and an official car was parked near the entrance of the actress.

On January 12, Sviridenko submitted an application to the FSSP for Dolina's eviction from the apartment. On January 14, an enforcement proceeding appeared in the database of the Federal Bailiff Service regarding the forced eviction of the singer from the apartment in Khamovniki that already belonged to Lurie. The basis was the writ of execution of the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow, issued on December 25, 2025.

At the same time, the Moscow City Court issued a final decision on Dolina's eviction. In addition, it was decided to de-register her daughter and granddaughter.
