Fire at a warehouse in Serpukhov covered 500 sq. m.

A warehouse caught fire in Serpukhov, Moscow region. The fire area was 500 square meters, reported on January 20 on the website of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Moscow region.

"Gorenje inside the warehouse on an area of 500 sq. m. Pallets with packed plumbing are burning," the department said.

43 firefighters and 11 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. At the moment, there is no information about the victims.

Earlier, on January 19, it was reported that the number of victims of an explosion at the Interior Ministry's Vocational Training Center in Syktyvkar had increased to 24 people. 17 patients continue to be treated, including several in intensive care and surgery, and five were previously transferred to federal clinics in Moscow.
