King Charles III of Great Britain again refused to meet with his youngest son, Prince Harry, who returned to London. This was reported on January 18 by the Daily Star newspaper, citing sources at Buckingham Palace.

"King Charles III will not meet with Prince Harry this week, despite the fact that the Duke of Sussex has returned to the UK to participate in the trial," the material says.

It is noted that Prince Harry arrived in London from the United States to participate in a lawsuit against the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday from January 19 to 22, accusing them of violating confidentiality and illegally collecting personal information.

Charles III, in turn, is due to arrive in London from Scotland on January 20 to continue undergoing cancer treatment. However, according to Buckingham Palace sources, the monarch's schedule will not include time to meet with his son.

In July 2024, Harry's friends announced that Charles III had stopped answering his son's calls and letters, and the rift between them had become even stronger. Before that, they had seen each other in February after reports that the monarch had been diagnosed with cancer. According to friends, the prince regularly calls his father to find out about his health status, but he does not pick up the phone.
