Electricity exports from Russia to China can resume if the Chinese side wishes and mutually beneficial terms of cooperation are achieved. This was announced on January 16 by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
"The export of electricity from Russia to China can be resumed upon receipt of an appropriate request from China and the achievement of mutually beneficial terms of cooperation," the agency's press service told RIA Novosti.
