In Ukraine, an almost complete blackout was reported in Kiev

Kiev is almost completely de-energized. This was reported on January 13 by the Ukrainian newspaper Strana.

Currently, all consumers are de-energized either completely or partially. Meanwhile, residents of the capital are posting videos on social media from apartments where there is no light or heating.

The publication clarified that some consumers have not had electricity for the fifth day.
