Russian Natalia disappeared in the United States on New Year's Eve. Her father Pavel Khovansky told Izvestia about this on January 13.

It is specified that 39-year-old Natalia lived in Seattle, but on January 1, she suddenly stopped contacting her relatives. According to the man, her whereabouts have been unknown for 12 days.

Khovansky noted that the consulate has already accepted the material, adding that Russian-speaking residents of Seattle are also helping with the search for the woman, but so far there have been no results.

"We went to the apartment, the apartment is closed, in general, we found <...> my husband, <...> he closed all the sites, there was no contact," the man shared.

Pavel stressed that the local police are inactive, and the staff there has been completely reduced.

In November 2025, Izvestia reported that Russian woman Daria Luchkina and her 10-year-old son Maxim disappeared after flying to Istanbul on October 17. It was clarified that the trace of the mother and child was lost after they left the airport building, and in the summer she shared plans to go live abroad with the child.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
