Shishkarev denied the information about the alleged investigation against him in the UAE

On January 12, Sergey Shishkarev, founder and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Delo Group of companies, said that upon entering the United Arab Emirates, representatives of local law enforcement agencies interviewed him in connection with the appeal of a citizen of Ukraine.

This is how he commented on a statement distributed by a number of media outlets about alleged threats from a businessman against a former top manager of an affiliated company.

"Upon entering the UAE, I had a conversation with a local police officer regarding a statement by a citizen of Ukraine, E. N. Podhaetsky, about alleged threats from me to "cut his female genital organ with a knife," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Shishkarev explained that he had given the necessary explanations to the police and pointed out that there were no threats on his part. He also stated that he had not been in contact with the applicant for a long time and had no interactions with him.
