Water and heat supply systems were urgently shut down in Kiev.

In Kiev, there was an emergency shutdown of water and heat supply systems. This was announced on January 10 by the Kiev City State Administration (KMDA).

"By order of NEC Ukrenergo, an emergency power outage has been introduced in the city. The operation of water supply and heat supply systems has been stopped," the Telegram channel of the city authorities says.

It is noted that electric transport has also been discontinued in the Ukrainian capital. Duplicate public transport routes have been launched in the city.

Emergency services are carrying out restoration work, the KMDA concluded.
