Hyacinth-S crews destroyed the control points of the UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region

Crews of Hyacinth-S self-propelled guns of the Zapad group of forces destroyed drone control points and artillery guns of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Kupyansky district of Kharkiv region. This was announced on January 7 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to the agency, the targets were identified by intelligence units using drones. The received coordinates were promptly transmitted to the artillery control center, after which the calculations of the self-propelled guns completed the combat mission.

The fire was conducted from 152-mm guns using high-explosive shells of increased range. After completing the firing work, the crews quickly camouflaged the guns. The Ministry of Defense also stressed that the Hyacinth-S calculations perform daily firing tasks, supporting assault units.

Earlier in the day, four crews of Ukrainian drones carrying out strikes in the Belgorod region were destroyed in the Kharkiv region. It was noted that the destroyed drones belonged to a company of the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade "Mamkina Chereshnya".
