Painters, insurance agents and financial analysts showed the largest increase in median salaries in Russia in 2025. This became known on January 6.

"Over the past year, the largest increase in the median salary offered in vacancies was recorded among painters and plasterers (plus 44%, up to 140 thousand rubles), insurance agents (plus 44%, up to 79.5 thousand rubles), financial analysts (plus 39%, up to 117.6 thousand rubles)," RIA Novosti noted.

In addition, the top 5 in terms of salary growth included installers, whose incomes increased by 35% to 144.5 thousand rubles per month, as well as compliance managers with an increase of 29% to 114 thousand rubles.

In the fall and spring, employers are actively closing vacancies with high salaries.

Earlier, on January 5, it was reported that salary growth in Russia in 2026 will be mainly among highly qualified specialists in scarce areas.
