The United States called the reasons for Washington's attack on Venezuela fabricated

The reasons for the US military attack on Venezuela were completely fabricated. This was announced on January 3 by retired Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis of the American Army.

"This is not about saving America from drugs. Just understand that everything is completely and completely fabricated," he said on the YouTube channel.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Celia Flores were captured and taken out of Venezuela after the United States successfully launched a large-scale strike on the country on January 3. The plane with them landed in New York, and from there a police escort escorted the couple to a detention center in Brooklyn.

The Russian Foreign Ministry called on the American leadership to release Maduro. Trump later stated that there was extensive evidence of Maduro's alleged crimes.
