As a result of an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Belgorod region, two civilians were injured, cars and power lines were damaged. This was announced on January 4 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the village of Novostroevka-Pervaya in the Grayvoronsky district, an FPV drone hit a car. A man who received multiple shrapnel wounds to his head, chest and legs is being taken to Belgorod City hospital No. 2 <...> In the Borisov district in the village of Berezovka, when the drone detonated, the man suffered a mine explosion injury, as well as a shrapnel wound to his back," the governor said in his Telegram channel.

It is noted that in the city of Grayvoron, drones damaged and destroyed several cars, as well as knocked out windows in a private house. In the village of Glotovo, the shelling led to damage to power lines and power outages.

Earlier that day, in the village of Oktyabrsky, Belgorod region, one person was killed and two were injured after a targeted strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The injured were taken to the Oktyabrskaya district hospital, where they were treated. Their condition is serious. In the future, the wounded will be transferred to medical institutions in Belgorod.
