The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) has acknowledged the loss of Gulyai-Pole in the Zaporizhia region. This was reported to RIA Novosti on January 3 by Russian law enforcement agencies.

It is noted that the Ukrainian command has transferred the territorial defense units to another direction. Thus, units of the 106th separate territorial Defense brigade were sent to Sumy region.

At the same time, the transfer was carried out in order to strengthen the defensive lines in the new area, the source added.
