Peskov: the military knows how and when to respond to the attack on Putin's residence

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation know how to respond to an attack by drones The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) at the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Novgorod region. This was announced on December 30 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"As for the military consequences [of the attack]: our military knows how, with what and when to respond," he said during a briefing.

Peskov also called the UAV attack on the residence a terrorist attack that is aimed not only against Putin, but also at the peacekeeping efforts of US President Donald Trump to resolve the situation in Ukraine. A spokesman for the Russian leader assured that the attack would not be able to shake the trusting nature of the dialogue between the presidents of the two countries.
