Explosives under the car were discovered by employees of a service station in Krasny Luch in the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR). This was announced on December 29 by a source of Izvestia.

According to the source, a non-standard object was noticed when the Lada Niva Travel car was driven onto the lift.

It is reported that the found object turned out to be an improvised explosive device, to whom it was intended remains unknown.
