At least 15 people were killed and 19 others injured in a passenger bus crash on the Inter-American Highway in Guatemala. This was reported on December 27 by the Diario de Centro América magazine.
"A major accident occurred on the 174th km of the Inter-American Highway," the publication said in a statement on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
According to the magazine, the preliminary death toll is 15 people, including 11 men, three women and one minor. In addition, 19 victims were taken to hospitals.
