A man was injured in the Belgorod region after dropping ammunition from an APU drone.

In the village of Konovalovo, Belgorod region, a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) dropped an explosive device, as a result of which a man received shrapnel wounds. This was announced on December 27 by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"A civilian was injured in the Volokonovsky district. An explosive device was dropped from a drone in the village of Konovalovo," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

It is specified that the man received blind shrapnel wounds to his face, neck and legs, as well as barotrauma. Information about the consequences of the incident is currently being clarified.
