Poland pointed to the country's unwillingness to be drawn into a conflict with Russia
The Polish authorities should not allow Warsaw to be drawn into a conflict with Moscow, as both states are not interested in escalation. This was reported on December 26 by the publication Do Rzeczy with reference to the Polish historian Peter Zychowicz.
"The thin red line that we should never cross is, of course, entering the war. This is also unprofitable for Russia," he said.
The historian believes that the escalation of the conflict could be beneficial to Ukraine, but it runs counter to Poland's national interests.
