Ryabkov called Zelensky's Christmas speech a manifestation of inadequacy

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on December 26 that the inadequacy of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky's Christmas speech demonstrates at what level and in what emotional state decisions can be made in Kiev.

"The inadequacy of such statements permeates the signal itself, if there is one at all, and says a lot about the level and emotional state at which appropriate decisions can be made in Kiev," Ryabkov said in an interview with Rossiya 1 TV channel.
