One person was killed and two injured during the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on the Kherson region.

In the Kherson region, as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), one person was killed and two were injured. This was announced on December 24 by the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo.

"Over the past day, as a result of Kiev's aggression, one person was killed, two civilians were injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to the governor, a 60-year-old woman was killed in a car accident in Novaya Kakhovka, while an 81-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man were injured. Also, as a result of the shelling, a fire broke out in an empty warehouse and an unused apartment building.

In Brilevka and Radensk, Alyoshka district, several houses were damaged. In addition, Alyoshki, Velikaya Lepetikha, Golaya Pier, Cairo, Cossack Camps, Kakhovka, Podstepnoe, Sofiyevka and Staraya Zburyevka came under fire.

The balance also reported a partial restoration of electricity supply, disrupted earlier as a result of a strike on the power grid. At the moment, the repair work is ongoing.
