The CSTO has denied information about Tajikistan's request for help.

The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) has denied information in the media that Tajikistan has asked for help in connection with armed attacks from Afghanistan. This was announced on December 23 in a publication on the organization's Telegram channel.

"In connection with the publication of false information in a number of telegram channels, including the Eurasian Briefing channel, we inform you that the Tajik side has not asked the CSTO for any help in connection with the events of November 26 and 30, 2025," the statement said.
