A criminal case was opened in the Samara region after the disappearance of four children.

A criminal case has been opened in the Bezenchuk interdistrict Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Samara region on the grounds of a crime under paragraphs "a, b" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code ("Murder of two or more persons committed against a minor"). This was announced on December 21 by the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

"On December 20, residents of the village of Bezenchuk went for a walk together — a 10-year-old boy and three girls aged 5 to 11, who have not returned home so far," the report says.

As part of the investigation, the staff of the Investigative Committee and the internal affairs bodies are taking measures to find out where the children are.
