The International Biathlon Union (IBU) refused to consider the claim in the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for the non-admission of Russian athletes in an expedited manner. This was announced on December 19 by the head of the press service of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) Sergey Averyanov.
"The IBU refused to consider our claim to the CAS in an expedited manner," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
