France recognized Russian troops as one of the best in the era of AI

The Russian armed forces are among the most prepared for combat operations in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). The French magazine L'Express writes about this on December 18, citing experts on the military use of AI.

"According to the estimates of the interviewed experts specializing in the military application of artificial intelligence, the Russian troops are undoubtedly among the best in terms of preparing for war in the era of artificial intelligence," the newspaper reports.

According to the magazine, Russia continues its strategy of integrating AI into weapons systems, despite sanctions. The efforts of the Russian Ministry of Defense to combine the development of private companies, military research and feedback from the front are yielding results.

As an example, the success of the Rubicon elite drone unit is given, whose capabilities for accurately hitting targets are associated with the use of AI tools for analyzing field data.
