Two victims of the UAV attack on the Rostov region are in serious condition.
As a result of a night attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Rostov region, three people were killed and eight others were injured, two of whom are in very serious condition. This was announced on December 18 by the governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar.
"Today was a difficult night. <...> I express my deepest condolences to the families and friends of the victims. I grieve with you. I wish all the injured a speedy recovery," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
The governor noted that residential buildings, cars and a ship were damaged as a result of the attack. An emergency regime has been introduced in the affected areas, and operational headquarters have been set up.
Slyusar instructed Bataysk to conduct rounds to assess the damage and provide temporary housing as quickly as possible for those whose houses were destroyed, as well as to arrange for applications to receive payments.
He stressed that municipalities were instructed first of all to close the heating circuit in damaged housing, and money for restoration work would be allocated from the region's reserve fund.
On the same day, a pensioner died as a result of an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region, and six more people were injured.Also in Dnipro, a 35-year-old woman and a 66-year-old man were injured, they were taken to the nearest medical institutions. In the Bare Pier, the shelling damaged the administrative building.
