The Supreme Court announced the inclusion of the Dolina case in the review of judicial practice

The Supreme Court of the Armed Forces of Russia has begun preparing a review of judicial practice in cases of challenging real estate transactions, taking into account the recent decision on Polina Lurie's lawsuit against Larisa Dolina. This was reported on December 17 in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

"Three boards of the Supreme Court of Russia — for civil cases, administrative cases and economic disputes — are already preparing a review of judicial practice in cases of challenging real estate transactions," RIA Novosti quoted the message of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
