A control point for UAVs of militants from Ptah Magyar was found in Krasnoarmeysk
Russian military personnel have discovered the former control point for drones of Ukrainian militants from the Ptakhi Magyara unit in Krasnoarmeysk, Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on December 16 by the Russian Defense Ministry.
According to the agency, this find was discovered during an inspection of houses and basements of the liberated Krasnoarmeysk.
In addition, it is noted that under the onslaught of Russian troops, the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), trying to escape from the village, left dozens of radio-controlled FPV drones, ammunition and drone control equipment.
The Ministry of Defense also stressed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces continues to attack civilians, including residents of settlements with white flags.
On December 13, the Russian Defense Ministry announced the suppression of an attempt by Ukrainian Armed Forces units to break through to the northern outskirts of Krasnoarmeysk. Over 60 soldiers, three tanks and up to 20 motorcycles were destroyed.
On December 9, it became known that the liberation of Krasnoarmeysk was called a key stage in the operation to liberate Donbass. Neighborhoods continued to be checked in the city, assistance was provided to the population, and more than 200 people were evacuated to safe areas.
